Types of Therapy

I employ a number of different therapeutic techniques. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of those techniques. CBT is a goal-oriented approach that requires the clients and counselors active involvement to succeed.  It focuses on present day challenges, thoughts and behaviors.

EMDR is another technique that has been found to be very successful in working through trauma.
